Today also, we have the 55 Intake (Batch “B”) Police Constables who recently passed out of the Police Training School (PTS) Zaria Road, Jos on 7th October, 2025 and will today be posted to their various Divisions/Duty Posts after the Two-Week break period graciously approved by the Inspector General of Police.
On behalf of the Inspector General of Police IGP Olukayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D, NPM, I welcome you all into the Nigeria Police family. As you proceed to your various Divisions and duty posts, I charge you to remember your training; uphold the values of professionalism, integrity and service to humanity.
As you go on executing your Constitutional duties, remember that you are the face of the Police Force to the public, and your actions will either make or mar the reputation of the Force. I therefore urge you to adhere to the provisions of the Social Media Policy (SMP) and to be diligent, courteous and respectful in the discharge of your duties, having high respect and regard for the fundamental rights of Nigerian citizens.
